Junction Ridge Park, which lies at the center of Junction Ridge, offers footpaths, basketball courts and playground equipment. It serves as a hub for neighborhood activity and regular parades, holiday parties and picnics are held there.

Junction Ridge offers an abundance of value and variety. Mixed-use development along Junction Road brought both condominiums and retail development to the neighborhood. Many larger single-family homes that often include attached garages and large lots are located around Junction Ridge Park in the center of the neighborhood. However, Junction Ridge’s variety of housing stock makes purchasing a home on Madison’s desirable far west side a reality for a range of homebuyers. With serene rural areas, vibrant commercial districts, single-family homes and senior living all represented within Junction Ridge, it’s truly one of Madison’s most versatile and convenient neighborhoods.

What’s Going on Nearby?

Much of the activity on Madison’s far west side can be found within the borders of Junction Ridge. Both Mineral Point Road and Junction Road are lined with chain restaurants, retail stores and banks. West Towne Mall is less than three miles east of Junction Ridge on Gammon Road, and Hilldale Mall is just a few more miles east on Midvale Boulevard. That makes the west side’s most popular shopping destinations within minutes of the neighborhood. Junction Ridge is conveniently located between Middleton and Downtown Madison, too. Middleton is less than three miles west of Junction Ridge, and Downtown Madison is less than eight miles east.
