North Sherman Avenue, which runs along Brentwood Village’s eastern border, has been targeted for major improvements in a 10-year city plan. Commercial buildings along North Sherman Avenue and throughout the north side were also targeted for renovations and redevelopment. Neighbors have worked with city officials to draft a plan that will make a Brentwood Village a thriving community for decades to come.
