November is a time to show gratitude.  We are thankful for all of our past, present, and future clients.  Some of our recent successes are 2705 Moland and 4301 Barby.  We also loved working with many of our clients, whether they were downsizing or trading up.

The real estate market in South Central Wisconsin is seasonal, as you can imagine.  In Wisconsin, not quite as many people want to move in the snow and cold weather, compared to the warmer times of year.  Compare the market statistics for Dane County sales in June at 1117 next to January at 347 sold in 2016.
