Every year, the Madison Area Builders Association holds the Parade of Homes event. This event helps to shine the spotlight on many new home communities throughout the Madison area. Whether you're looking for inspiration for your own home or you're considering a new construction home, this event is for you.

Neighborhoods

This year, seven different neighborhoods will be a part of the Parade of Homes event including:

• Nordic Ridge
• The Legend at Bergamont
• Westbridge
• Windsor Gardens

The Legends at Bergamont in Oregon is one of the featured neighborhoods. This luxury community covers about 523 acres and offers incredible amenities throughout. It's built around an 18-hole championship golf course with a clubhouse, swimming pools, fitness center and more.

Another great choice for luxury and unique amenities, Westbridge in Waunakee will be featured during the event. This neighborhood provides access to a popular zipline park and many other great amenities.

Event Details

The 2017 Parade of Homes will run from June 10th to 25th. It will be open from 4pm to 8pm, Tuesday through Friday and from 11am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. The event will be close on Mondays.

General admission tickets are $15 per person. Seniors 65 and older receive a discounted cost of just $5 per person. Children ages 6 to 17 get in for $5 and children 5 and under get in free.
