Background

I am a native Midwesterner that grew up in the Chicago area and relocated to the Madison, WI area in 2017. I received an undergraduate degree in Business Management and have spent the bulk of my career in various manufacturing and supply chain roles. In the ‘90’s I obtained a real estate salesperson license in Illinois and practiced briefly on a part-time basis. In 2021 I decided, once again, to parallel my manufacturing career and get back into real estate.  I passed the Wisconsin state exam in early 2022.

I enjoy all things outdoors, especially biking, hiking, kayaking and water sports in general.  I am a huge fan of pro baseball and college football, as well – GO BADGERS!

Why Real Estate?

At a very young age I was intrigued with real estate ownership.  One of my uncles owned several acres of land on a bluff overlooking the Mississippi river, which our family often visited in my youth.  That is probably what initially sparked my interest. We had many good times up at “the property” and I vowed that someday I would share those same great experiences with my own family.

I have personally bought and sold several recreational and residential properties including a vacation cottage in southwest Wisconsin.  Real estate ownership is wonderful opportunity to help people live the “American dream” and is a great addition to any investment portfolio. Everyone should have the chance to own real estate and become a land steward in their own unique way.

After learning more about Josh, it was clear that we share similar perspectives in life, including his overall vision and sense of adventure.  Josh’s impressive career accomplishments and achievements as a real estate professional made it an easy decision to become part of his small but successful team. Josh was gracious in taking me under his wing to help me ease back into the real estate sales profession after a long hiatus.  The atmosphere and teamwork of the office reinforces the type of firm I wish to be associated with.
