Our mission is to truly provide a better real estate experience.  That’s not just a motto, it’s everything.  When we moved our team, Josh Lavik & Associates, over to eXp Realty after 14 years in real estate, we didn’t necessarily need eXp.  I could have started my own brokerage.  However, I was attracted to something bigger, something more.

One of the biggest reasons to consider is the connection to other top performers in the real estate industry.  My experience at other companies is often more cocktail party sharing, just kind of surface level.  As a partner at eXp, it goes much deeper than that.  Why?  Because we have revenue sharing.  Basically all the agents have financial success tied together.  As a result, we all want to help each other succeed.  When you succeed, I succeed and so on.  Beyond that, it creates a desire and CULTURE for agents to create and share what they are doing to succeed.  If you’re wondering, “what lead generation is the best? Database or CRM? Listing packet?  Buyer process? Contracts?”, then there’s a huge group of agents ready to help you.

The second major reason to consider partnering with me and eXp Realty is the world class training and education.  When you have a revenue sharing system, then the agents want to create the best possible training because we all want each other to succeed.  How does this happen?  Many different ways: live in eXp world, within Workplace, on zoom meetings, google meetings, webinars, and live in person events.  The ONLY reason an agent won’t succeed, is because they fail to plug in to the training provided.  And one of the best things I LOVE about our group at eXp is that they are production focused FIRST.  It’s not just about getting people to join our brokerage. If we don’t sell properties, then nothing else matters

Lastly, we are all OWNERS of the company with stock offerings.  eXp gives stock in the company to agents just for doing their job and selling homes.  When you hit a certain level of sales, they GIVE you your cap back in stock.  Now you made money just for being at eXp and doing your job.  You can buy discounted stock after every closing. This can become a passive way to build wealth and eventually retire from selling homes.  I’ve heard of people buying investment properties, paying off debt, paying off their house.  The stock or revenue share alone isn’t the reason to join.  But when you couple that with a production focused real estate business, then you truly have something special.
