Rimrock Road provides a straight shot to Downtown Madison, which about three miles north of the community. Highway 14 leads to the West Beltline Highway and Park Street, two of the west side’s main traffic arterials. Schools, employers and popular commercial areas well within reach for Indian Springs neighbors. The popular Gammon Road and Mineral Point Road commercial corridors are about seven miles west of the community. The University Avenue commercial corridor and Hilldale Mall, meanwhile, are about seven miles north of Indian Hills. Lake Farm County Park, located just east of Indian Springs, offers a campground, access to Lake Wingra and a Frisbee golf course. Surrounding communities are nearby, too.
